We held our AGM on Saturday at Potteric Carr. Fourteen members were present. The meeting went well and we had a lovely walk around the reserve afterwards followed by refreshments in the café. The main thing I need to tell you is that we have a new president, Jim Burnett and a new committee member, Hilary Hilton. Joyce Simmons commented that some of the meetings through the year were not well attended even though she varied the days of the meetings. Joyce would love love some feedback from members about meetings and suggestions for outings and speakers. Some suggestions were made at the meeting, you can read them in the minutes. Joyce’s contact details are on the programme. She is currently working on the next programme so it would be a good time to get your suggestions to her.
